I've had Tekify for several years and they're fantastic. Very reliable connection, and really incredible customer support. I know the bar for good customer support is pretty low with ISPs but these guys are great for any industry. Fast response, friendly/informative, and the (rare) problem is solved quickly. The fact that they're a local company is also a bonus. I recommend them to anybody I know who asks for ISP suggestions...and now I recommend them to you, internet stranger!

I actually wasn't able to Tekify fiber setup for my exact location, but that's due to the builder in my area and not at all Tekify's fault. In fact this review is more for the customer service representative who spoke to me, he was quick to answer all the questions I had and even gave me a primer on how fiber and other ISP work which was really interesting to me even though he knew within 2 minutes of the call that he wouldn't be able to make a sale due to the construction setup. If we ever move, we're definitely calling in to see if we can get Tekify at our next location!

I have been their services in my Fremont office for over two years and they're very professional I must say that. I've been repeatedly approached by Comcast and AT&T for their internet packages but I declined them all because I don't see any reasons to switch from Tekify. Competitive rates, faster resolution to the issues if I ever get any (which is very rare). If there's at all any issues I ever had with my internet that was because of the faulty router I had in my office. Every time I have asked the help from Brett, he has always very promptly have come to my office to address any issues, which is awesome !!!! As a business owner I cannot afford any lacking by the people who work for me and Internet is a critical factor in that but tekify has never ever disappointed us. For any body to use their professional services I strongly recommend use tekify !!! If there is a way I can give 6 stars out of 5 to tekify i will most definitely do that. I should have taken the time to post this review some time ago. I opened a restaurant recently and needed internet service. I have a package deal at Comcast for my other business which provides cable for the television in the waiting area along with internet to all of the computer terminals. So my first thought was to go with what you know. Comcast sent a Technician and I was told that its was going to cost over $54,000.00 to run a line to the establishment, that Fremont Bank next door has a dedicated line and we could not tap into there service. They offered to cover $5,000.00. Obvious $49,000.00 was a little over my budget for internet so I contacted AT@T. The previous owner had used that service so the idea was to reactivate it. I was told they no longer offer broadband and that the could offer a much slower T48 line for around a little more the $600.00 per month. That was out of my budget and I was running out of time. Unfortunately I had a construction timeline and the point of sales system was being delivered and installed in a few days. I needed internet before the system arrived and there was certain technological things the internet service had to have that was completely foreign to me. so taking a long shot I yelped and came across Bret's business I contacted Brett who I conferenced with their installation Technician. Brett on a extremely tight timeline was able to have my internet up and running with a reasonable installation fee and service at a little over one hundred a month. Bottom line this company saved me thousands of dollars. What makes this company even more special is Bret stops by on occasion for lunch, Out of all of my vendors he actually patronizes my establishment. I have never seen the Beer, Pepsi, or any other service provider I hire stopping by for lunch to check out how things are going. He truly cares about his business and his clients.
