• Identifiers & contact details you give us — name, email, phone, service/mailing address — when you check availability, request service, contact support, or make a payment.
• Service address checks — the address and coordinates you enter to see if service is available.
• Technical & usage data — IP address, browser/user-agent, pages viewed, and similar information collected automatically, including through cookies and similar technologies.
• Security data — information used to protect our forms from automated abuse (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile).

Payment card and bank details are handled by our payment processors and billing system; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
